I've got one of those for exactly a year now and I use it almost daily. I must say it only happens once a month that it starts leaking because I didn't put in the pod right, and I always drink my coffee in the morning when I'm tired and don't even know what I'm doing.

The amount of coffee it brews is indeed a shame. I always use two pods to make a double cup, but I must say the coffee tastes exactly the same as if I was using a single pad for a single cup.

I don't think I ever tried the "medium roast" pods. I usually use the Brazilian Blend pods, you should give them a try.

My conclusion: I don't think the Senseo is a bad choice for coffee, but there are indeed better things on the market. There are several types of Nespresso machines out there. I must say Nespresso machines are easier, require less cleaning, and the coffee tastes good. One disadvantage is that you're dealing with small cups again, so you'll have to brew a double or even a triple for a decent cup of coffee.
