It may also reduce the risk of developing gallstones, discourages development of colon cancer, improve cognitive functions, lift your mood, treat headaches, lower your risk of cavities, reduce the risk of liver damage in people at high risk of liver disease, and reduce the risk of Parkinsonâ€™s disease.   Coffee also has been shown to improve endurance in long-duration physical activities.

I just tell my family and friends that it&#039;s better to stick to freshly ground and brewed coffee since they can be sure that coffee is all that they&#039;re drinking. Plus, it&#039;ll taste better too.</description>
