So…. this holiday season I created a new jam recipe (it’s a secret). On New Years morning I served it with fresh scones and rich tasting Brazilian Bourbon Santos. Yum yum!
I’m not going to include the recipe because I’ve had several suggest I should consider marketing it. I don’t know about all that but just in case I decide they’re not crazy, I’ll keep the recipe a secret for now. But I will tell you that it is basically Cranberry Jam. It is out of this world!
